The facility has a lot of open space and is well lit with natural light. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I think the DAC is a family oriented place where spouses and their children can come have a good time exercising . There is also a trusting and caring staff in the childcare for those with small children. The trainers and their staff are amazing in leading personal training, small group trained training, as well as team training!! Many personal friends of mine are members and seem to enjoy the DAC.

I have not been able to use all the services, but I do play tennis a lot...
and everyone at the tennis center is very nice and helpful

The Peak is an amazing place...there is something for everyone. AS a senior citizen, I truly am grateful for the water aerobics classes...nice to connection to new friends and a great workout.

It's the greatest "health" party. It's clean; the music is good; and the equipment is exciting. One is able to achieve a full body workout. The personnel are freindly and professional. There is something for everyone at this facility. I've been to other gyms but this one is the best !
