I like the fitness classes(zumba and red hot dance fitness). I like the pool. I'm excited to try for the first time swimming with the coach on deck. I like that I have the option to get a smoothie (haven't yet) and that my credit card is on file so I don't need to bring it. I wish there was more parking.
I like the feeling of belonging to the club and the respectful way the front desk staff respond to me. I appreciate the cleanliness of the pool and the early morning availability of its use. I appreciate the locker room supplies including the steam room, the hot tub, and the sauna along with the hot showers. It is especially nice to have the toiletries and the working hair dryers. In years past I have really appreciated the updated workout machines with the availability of savvy trainers. I really do like beginning each day with a workout at the club!

All the classes and the variety and lots of options. The sauna.
In the cardio room there are always a few eliptical stepper machines that don't have sound or picture or are defective mechanically. You spend plenty on updating the decor to save taxes so why don't you keep the machines working properly. Also you have rules about cell phones in certain areas but don't enforce them. And you don't enforce the rule against using cell phones, all of which have cameras, in the locker rooms. Rules that aren't enforced breed cynicism and contempt. I have enjoyed the club since its inception.
