Nice facilities and a large number of classes to choose from.
Friendly and varied
Facility is well maintained. Persons friendly (staff and members). Not many children. I like children, just not being unruly in the locker room and workout area. On the occasions I have seen children on site, they were being supervised which is great.

The staff members are great. I would like to see main pool water temp stay at 80-81 instead of 82 plus. A degree or two make a huge difference when swimming laps.

All the equipment is first-rate. The club is very attractive, complete, clean and friendly. Parking is handy and there are great classes. The location is convenient to highways, ferries, trains, and buses. The membership includes interesting people and connections for business, social, and volunteer opportunities are easily made.

Front desk greetings, always friendly, the custodians are always helpful, clean showers and towels. I would like the lifeguards to clean up or remove the puddles around the pools to avoid slipping when you walk,

I like the variety of classes - however, I wish there were more noon hour classes that were short (for example, more R30 classes over lunch breaks!).
You have GHD straighteners! You have great clean spacious changing rooms and toilets - I like that you added Dyson dryer - much better than the previous. I like that you have two weighing machines (one in KG and one in pounds) - it really motivates me when I see a reduction and enables me to monitor my progress. The best part about your gym is that it's 24/7! I love being able to go to the gym at 4am because frankly that's sometimes the only time I can do it. I'm happy with the machines, I haven't tried the classes yet but I love that it can be all done online. I like that the ladies-only section, and that there's a mirror in there - really helps me to see if I'm doing my planks right.
Initially I was disappointed with the shower - the duration is short but to be fair, I can understand why it was was designed that way because showering probably costs a lot and you're most likely being efficient this way. Otherwise you would get people like me who will just use the shower to wash their hair and stay longer than necessary and enjoy the hot water. So yeah - your price is great value. From a business perspective, it's a good move and honestly the shower should be there just to wash off the sweat and that's what BuzzGym's shower does. So it's all good.
Oh nearly forgot - I love that we have 3 hours free parking although Herschel Car Park seems to hate me: I got locked in there when I accidentally when through the fire escape door which didn't allow me to open it from the other side (my sister climbed up the fence and managed to open it...) and then I damaged my car when I was leaving the car part while turning....but that's just my bad luck haha...it's not enough to keep me away from Buzz Gym.
However it would be nice if there was a way to change the volume of the music - at least in the ladies-section. My brain is almost fried while trying to listen to my own inspirational music combined with the gym's music.
Also, I haven't spoken to a personal trainer but my best friend has and has told me great things.
So I'm really thankful that Buzz Gym is in Slough - I used to work in Watford and became a proper gym-goer because it was 10 minutes away from where I live and also offered £20/month so when I came back to Slough, and the only gyms I knew that was local and convenient was Langley Leisure/Slough Montem - but their price was just too high.
Great place to take the grand children for swimming. It "Peaks" their interest to see the basketball, handball, weight lifting and swim teams.
I love the friendliness of the staff, the variety of fitness equipment and classes, and how clean everything is.
I continue to be very pleased with the friendly and courteous staff along with the excellent facility. What a blessing for Missoula to have such a top notch fitness/tennis facility!
