The staff is very friendly. The instructors are always reminding us to honor our bodies but to also encouraging you to get a good workout. They are always concerned about exercising properly so you don't hurt yourself. The classes are fun and the timing of the classes fits perfectly in my lifestyle.
I love the beautiful pools in all of the clubs. I think the exercise classes are pretty good.
Great customer service from the front desk to the back office. Kevin Winter has always made it a special experience being a member, and thus annual renewal is never in question.

I love that you provide childcare. That service is the main reason I signed up for Form & Fitness in the first place. I love the smoothie bar, although I would love to see a handout with all the specific calories listed for each smoothie. The staff has been very accommodating in providing the information when I ask for it, but it would be nice to have a handout I could take home since I don't always remember the information. Plus, it would just be nice to know the exact numbers for each smoothie since it would help me make a choice. I love that massage is provided onsite. I also love that all the classes are included in membership. I used to be a member at the YMCA and I really didn't like that you had to pay extra for classes. One thing I would like to see is for the channel in the women's locker room change. It would be nicer to see something like HGTV on instead of The View.
