Aremis provided great customer service during my cleaning last week. He was informative and very friendly. Knowledgeable about the process and he answered all my questions.

Overall pleased with the service which is why we came back. Drying time was a little longer than expected as some areas were still damp 8 hours later. Associates were respectful of furniture and possessions and did a great job. Looks and smells like new!
