Got my carpet clean and didn’t smell like chemicals

The men were professional and cleaned in a professional and timely manner.

They were fast, friendly, courteous and professional. Did a great job cleaning up my puppies mess.

Our carpets were thoroughly cleaned and looked great when our rep finished. He was not pushy at all and actually asked if our carpets were new (they are at least 8 yrs old). He was very friendly and made us aware of any areas that wouldn’t get 100% clean up-front. Service was quick and great! He worked with our schedule to find a time within the service window that would work for us.

Jackson did a great job & he text us when he was a few minutes from our home.

It wasn't really the product but it was the gentleman that provided the service. Very professional, he was also knowledgeable in his skill set and was very efficient at getting the stains out of the carpet. My 10-month-old daughter will appreciate his hard work.

The ability to extract cat urine from the carpet. My elderly cat developed a bladder infection and had been peeing on the upstairs hall carpet. I was spot cleaning with hydrogen peroxide and vinegar, but she had done it for a while before I realized she was doing it and it’s a time-consuming process to do it by yourself.

Technician was on time, in and out, professional and the price was extremely reasonable. I only gave 9 stars because after one of my rugs dried completely, I did see a couple dirty spots that weren’t cleaned enough. And also, water and soap residue was left on my hardwood floors after the rug cleanings and I had to go wipe it all up. Otherwise the job was done well. I’d use you all again.
