Did a great job on our carpets. Our land is mostly clay and the people who built our house walked all over our new carpets with wet, clay covered boots. Needless to say we weren't happy, but Zerorez did a great job working out the stains. We also like that they stand by their work and will come back if we notice anything that may have gotten missed. Our carpet tech was very polite and knowledgeable, but also didn't push anything we didn't want or need. Just overall very happy with the service we received.

Professional personnel and wonderful cleaning

We are very happy with how our sofas and rugs came out, and will definitely use your services again when we need it. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is because when I called to make the appointment, I asked on the call if the sofa cleaning included deodorizing, and was told yes. When the technician got here, I was told the quote did not include it. I'm not sure where the disconnect was, but I ended up having to pay more than was quoted to get my sofa deodorized. Again, I'm happy with the work itself, I'm just not happy that my quote changed due to what was a miscommunication.

The guy who came was polite. considerate and courteous.

Unfortunately he couldn't get some stains out of the carpet - not his fault, it was heavy paint.
We appreciated the honesty and explanation.

Our carpet was very dirty (previous home owners did not clean it) and he recommended another clean in a few months. He was not pushy or trying to sell us anything. IT was a genuine recommendation.

The guy that came out to do my work was very nice and informative. He gave me the complete run down of services BEFORE the service. He worked very hard: sometimes on his hands and knees to get a nice clean line in my carpet. My carpets look brand new. I can't say enough. Rave reviews here

Efficient and quick

Carpet looks beautiful after Zerorez cleans it; fresh and beautiful. The service is just great, the technician is very communicative, incredibly respectful and on time as communicated. The cost is very reasonable and always what is stated at the time of booking. I have used Zerorez twice already and will continue to do so as needed to maintain my white carpets! Wonderful service all around.

When I lived in Orange County, California, I once had a full gallon of dark orange paint spill onto a beige carpet. In a panic because I was a renter, I called zerorez & the technician was there in a half hour. He got it all out & I got my entire security deposit back when I moved out. I was absolutely amazed and am a customer for life!
