I’m so glad I called Zerorez to clean our new home. It was the first thing done in the house before furniture was moved in. Anthony found that it needed biological treatment on all the carpets. He explained everything, cleaned it very well and the home smells sooo much better!! He even stayed late as we were his last appt and we are kind of out of the Charlotte area. He took his time and would definitely call again and hopefully get him back. Definitely worth every penny.

Octavius did a great job with our floors. We had a stomach bug and it was a BAD SCENE upstairs on the carpet. Not only did that completely come out, but he also got out some older spots and stains (I have three messy kids on white carpet, do I need to say more.) He was right on time, friendly, the price was fair, and the results were great! Something to be aware of was that our carpets were wet for 8-10 hours after the cleaning, but we were able to walk upstairs on them in socks or clean feet.... not super pleasant but worth it for the results we got!

Talk about customer service...this company has it down! I had my area rug cleaned...it was in dire need of a good cleaning...the tech came out and cleaned it but mentioned he had noticed a stain on the bag and if the stain bleeds back through to the top or the smell came back I should call. Well, it did...they sent a tech out who picked up the rug and took it to have a deep clean at no additional cost. It is beautiful and has no smells! I will definitely use them again! Everyone form the scheduler to the technicians were awesome.
