The rep who cleaned my carpets clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the entire process before he got started, thoroughly cleaned my carpets in two rooms, a hall and the staircase. I will be calling Zerorez Charlotte back when I need them next. They’re saving me money on replacing my carpet.

The service overall was great, but the thing that pushed it over the edge is Anthony, our technician. His experience, expertise, understanding of the whole process was very helpful. He was able to walk me through the whole process. It was so great that I booked Anthony again for a 2nd time for my other home. The quality for the price point of the service is worth it. We also had puppy stains from potty training and Anthony was able to get rid of them and the smell.

I feel like the carpet cleaning is a good job. Likewise, I appreciate that the customer service is good and they are very attentive to treating your house with respect.

I love that after all my carpets were clean they didn’t have that crunchy old rug feeling to them. They felt brand new, left behind a good smell and looked amazing. The couch went back to feeling soft and lost the years of smells from people sitting on it. The two gentleman that came to clean the house were very knowledgeable, they were fast but very thorough and asked me questions along the way. They also advised me the rug grippers we were using were bad for our wood floor, so that gave us a heads up we weren’t aware of, very thankful!

My carpet is always left looking brand new. The technician are always very friendly and provide great customer service.
