Great service overall, the product/method they use really works! They removed all of my stubborn stains on the carpets, sofa and dining chairs. I got the premium carpet package. They’re more pricey than some other’s but you really get what you pay for. The tech was extremely thorough and hard working, worked hard to get everything we discussed, did not miss a beat.
