Our Technician, Jacob D., was very professional, friendly, accommodating, & well-versed in the complete Zerorez process. Jacob also was on time & called ahead when his arrival was within 20 minutes. Being a new customer, he educated me on the carpet cleaning process that makes Zerorez unique & much more efficient than other carpet cleaning companies. The carpet looks great and was dry within two hours. The tech was right on time, and called 20 minutes before he came. He showed us how the system works and was very prompt in doing the cleaning.
