No chemical smell. The carpet wasn't crunchy.

Chris the Zerorez tech, called to let me know he was on his way and was on time. He was very professional and friendly. We walked through the house and he told me what made some recommendations. He explained everything he was going to do. There was no pressure for extra services if I wanted them. He was done in the amount of time he said he would be done.
Most important my carpets look cleaner than they ever have. There were some stains that did not come out but I knew going in, and my carpets are so much cleaner. Very happy customer!

Very friendly technicians and I was very pleased with my carpets. He got a stain out of the carpet that was caused from grease from a recliner. Awesome job!

Staff level of skill and professional attitude.

Did not rush through the services (air duct/register cleaning) and carpet cleaning. Did thorough job. Used their allotted time efficiently. Offered to move bedding back to bedroom (although help not needed, thank you). Very professional but also very personable. Chased away the ghosts from my attic :)).
