You were on time and the service was excellent. I had very dirty carpet and the product worked wonders. The technician was very polite and efficient. When the carpet dried it felt soft and not stiff with detergent residue. I had two rooms with off white carpet and very stained and dirty so I was surprised at how well the product worked to eliminate dirt and stains. Thank you.

The results! Our service technician, Justin, did an outstanding job. The whole operation was professional and all aspects of the work exceeded our expectations. The carpets look fantastic but the grout cleaning of our kitchen floor was especially stunning. After 9 years, we had given up on the possibility of it ever looking like new again. We had even been told by other professionals that it was impossible. Justin and his equipment easily proved them wrong. We feel like we just had a new floor installed! So glad we called.
