I like the fact that in approximately 3 to 4 hours the carpet is dry. I also like that the carpeting , after treatment, was clean. All stains were gone and it looked and smelled great.
Your Employee was extremely kind and did an excellent job. He was on time (after calling ahead of time) He worked very hard and wanted to please us with the results, after it was over.

Art was awesome! He went through each room and answered all the questions I had about the service (and trust me, I had a lot.) He made me feel comfortable with the process and gave me realistic outcomes to my problem stain areas from previous tenants that I was really concerned with, even explaining that if something had to be treated again, that I would only be paying for the materials and not a new service. I was selling my house on very short notice and he understood my stress and concerns. He was beyond helpful and left my home looking beautiful. My house sold the very next day :)
