Zero residue using ionized hot water. Heavy Duty vacuum to pull dirt from carpet. Technician wears shoe covers to protect carpet. Technician well trained. Technician courteous and pays attention to detail. Technician methodically worked from area to area to clean carpets and upholstery.

You clean thoroughly. For a fair price. Your reps are always competent and courteous. This last time it was Jackson, who went beyond. I appreciated his work very much.

I like that u clean thoroughly but without major chemicals or pulling on the carpets. Other companies would pull so hard/use so much water that I would be left w bumps in my carpet!

Our tech was great and the carpet cleaning at our office looks amazing! The only thing I don't like is if we want to use you guys again, we have to pay $250 trip fee because we are in indian trail. I can understand maybe a $50 trip fee, but $250 seems outrageous. Overall completely happy with using you guys and I would love to work something out to where we can use you in the future!
