The response time and same day service were great. The carpet looks fantastic, just wish it didn’t take quite so long to dry. It was pretty wet for over 12 hours

Zerorez did an AMAZING job on our carpet even recommended a product to use in case of an accident cause by visiting pets Chance and Castle. Our service tech, Joshua was AMAZING! So friendly, informative and professional. The results of the cleaning were fabulous, and he was in and out in a flash. My expectations were high after all those promos on 106.5 (Woody and Wilcox), but Zerorez did NOT disappoint!!!

Jalen the gentleman who did our carpet was very professional and accommodating.
The time frame in which the work was done was very good. The information and recommendation that Jalen gave regarding the waring of different areas was very helpful.
