The experience was great! From my phone call to ask questions, get an estimate and get an appointment scheduled to our technician, Troy, calling to confirm and showing up on time! Troy was so helpful...especially because we are 3 states away! He walked through the house with me on the phone and went into detail about what he was going to do. He did not pressure me into spending more money, which I really appreciate...because he very easily could have. The carpets looks great....and more importantly, they don't smell like our pets.
