its a true cleaning method vs a cover up /bleaching clean.I would definitely use Zerorez services again.My stairs were very soiled from years of using cleaning products with harsh soaps that after a while only attracted dirt .Zerorez electrolysis cleaning method has l;eft the stairs still looking as clean as they appeared after day one!!

There were alot of things we liked about Zerorez, and our service provider- Joshua!
- He called when he was leaving his previous job. We told him we were finishing an errand and may be a few minutes late. He was incredibly nice about it.
- He walked us through the cleaning process and the products used to clean our surfaces. he was incredibly knowledgeable.
- He had us come check on the progress as he was going, to ensure we were satisfied.
- we never felt pressured to purchase any additional services Joshua mentioned, but simply did so because the suggestions he made were great for our application. We really appreciated his professionalism.
- I am in customer services/sales and in doing so, you work with alot of people. Joshua has to be hands down one of the nicest and most professional technicians that myself or my husband have ever worked with.

We were happy with everything about Zerorez. The customer service we received in scheduling our cleaning to the quality of the job our technician Rob did was second to know. Rob showed up right at start of our schedule window, and after looking over the rooms and explaining what he was going to do and making recommendations, he got right to work. The carpets look new again.

That no soaps ate used. Carpet does feel a little stiff since the cleaning though. Didn't expect that but then again its old carpet.
