Our family has used ZeroRez to clean our Carpeted areas for the last 6 years. We have been very pleased with their customer service, professionalism, and thorough cleaning.
We usually get one of the packages, ( 1 room, 2 room, 3 room, 4 room, 5 room . and stairs).
Each time we have been pleasantly surprised with the overall results. Our carpeted areas is 18 years since install and it still looks good.
Both of the Technicians were very nice to speak to. They were thorough and my carpets in my business look brand new at 4 years old.
The Technicians were respectful of wearing a mask, keeping social distancing and explaining the cleaning and drying process.
I had 11 rooms cleaned and 1 area rug. I will definitely be using Zerorez again.
