She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me not only find shoes and inserts, but she also provided me with stretches and exercises to help with some knee pain I've been experiencing lately. I like that I can trust that I am being fitted in the proper shoes for my foot. I also like the confort of knowing that if for aome reason they don't worm out for me when I take them home and actually run in them that I can bring them back and try a different pair to get the proper fit and level of comfort. Nobody wants to spend a decent sum of money on a pair of shoes and wind up having them sit in the closet.

The one on one service and the time she took with me to make sure I purchased the right shoe to fit my feet. She was very thorough in explaining everything to me and answering any questions I had before I made my final decision.

Variety of products - great quality. Time spent by associates to ensure proper fit. Return/replace policy is critical because my first pair did not really work after a week-10 days of wear - Achilles problems. Associates did not hesitate to find another shoe that might work.
