Great Sales persons! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing seems to be a little higher - this does not deter me but I know several friends that do not go to your stores because of pricing. I am not sure where they get there running shoes now?

1st visit for me. Ray greeted me cheerfully and walked me through the scans and showed me how my feet carry me and which shoes and inserts will help. Walked out with new inserts, shoes and socks and have experienced walking in a totally new way. Best shoe buying experience ever.

It was my first time to visit Fleet Feet and after a bit of skepticism my salesperson, Faith blew me away with her knowledge base and patience with my specific needs (running shoes to deal with Spondylolisthesis). So after the scans and measurements she ordered an insole for the shoes she recommended. She made it so easy, not hard selling me but hanging in there until I made a decision on the best fit for me. I will be a returning customer and of course telling my friends.

I love the precision of the measuring and right fit! My feet had been hurting and I didn't realize it was due to the sizing and condition of my prior pair of shoes. I was going for physical therapy for no good reason.

That there is always a knowledgeable person in feet and shoes available to help me. They know how the shoe should fit my foot, if it’s wide enough or long enough. They bring the should that is best for my foot issues and I don’t have yo try them on myself and then try to make a decision if it’s the right shoe or not by myself.
