I liked the personalized service of having an associate help me with sizing and choices. I hate
going shoe shopping and not having help and a place to sit down.
The young man that helped me was great. I was able to get in and out very quickly. I knew what
shoe I liked and was on a timeline.
I also have $15 in rewards but it expires on Thursday which is Thanksgiving. I will call to see if I
can use the rewards later.

It was an excellent experience, Matthew greeted us right away and got us started. He walked us thru the sizing tech and it really amazed me how much more advanced Fleet Feet is over the competition. It was nice to finally go into a shoe store that the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back for the rest of our shoe needs.

Stacey was the team member that helped my husband and I at the O’Fallon MO store on 11/18. She was very kind and helpful. She made the whole process easy and fun. She introduced us to shoes we would have never considered before. We loved the fit and feel. Would highly recommend.
I like being able to share my thoughts and observations about my current shoes and how I’m feeling and the FF team is knowledgeable enough to take those inputs into account with the scan info and help guide me to the right shoe and shoe strategy. Anybody can sell a shoe, the knowledge and strategy are the difference maker.
Good customer service
I'm an older male just wanted to get a new pair of treadmill shoes. I used to travel 30 miles or so the the NB store. I am a man of some means and I thought NB was the way to go.
The store associate Will presented himself as knowledgeable and helpful. After speaking with him for a few moments he showed me a new pair of shoes that just felt so good on my feet that I thanked him and wore them out of the store that day.
I know that I saved a considerable amount of money.
