Although I'd been referred to Fleet Feet by my physical therapist, I was leery about the foot scan being part of a sales pitch. However, they're legit. We were assisted by Cole, and he was impressively well-informed and helpful. My 12-year-old daughter is excited to run in PE now; and I can't wait to come back and bring my husband for a fitting. Hands down the best service I’ve had in forever! VITO took care of me and he was there to answer any questions I had! He was here patient and he was willing to put in the work to get the sale! Granted these shoes where out of my price range but I was willing to spend a little more for the quality and customer service! Will shop again!

I like the personalized fittings of shoes, socks and bras. I came in looking for all three at the South County Location on 8/15/19. Ashley assisted me and was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Her friendly spirit and smile made my afternoon! The selection of products is unmatched for my needs. I will definitely recommend fleet feet to my friends and family.

The service was so individualized and worth the short wait. They study your foot on a 3D screen and tell you which shoe matches your foot the best. Great experience!
Ashlynn was very patient and very helpful! She scanned my feet and found a great pair of shoes and inserts for me using that data. She had several customers in the store at once, but kept her cool and made sure everyone had what they needed. I’ll def be back!
