I like the personal touch of someone helping through the process of finding the right tennis shoe. My associate was nice and very knowledgeable about the process and product. My only negative was I wasn't greeted by anyone when I walked into the store. One associate was helping another customer and the other one was checking out a customer. I had never been in the store so I felt uncomfortable walking in, trying to keep 6 feet apart in a very small space-trying to figure out where to stand and what was going to happen. I finally just sat down and waited til the associate was done checking out the customer. I almost walked out because no one said anything to me. But I'm glad I didn't!!!
I loved your store and the care and info I got from your associates— didn’t feel rushed at all but you do need to have at least one treadmill at each store as I had to drive to another location— total worthwhile purchase and love the shoes!!!
