Most importantly, the friendliness and shall I say "hospitality" of your staff. In this time of COVID, I actually enjoyed my time in the store and felt like I had socially connected with people other than my family.
As an older woman who remembers the days of getting shoes as a child at the "children's shoe department" where the staff measured, examined and knew our family by name, I appreciate the services of your store. Very few places to find this kind of service. Thank you.

This was the first time that I have visited a Fleet Feet location, didn't expect to visit 3 of them either, but the service is by far one of the best I have seen. I first visited the O'Fallon location where Michael and Barb helped me get fitted and provided me with a wide range of shoes to try and had extensive knowledge of the products. I did have one issue at the O'Fallon location and that was they didn't have a size 9.5 Extra Wide Brooks shoe, and stated the Chesterfield location had it. I wanted to ensure proper fit so I went to the Chesterfield location but then found out the inventory wasn't correct and they didn't have the shoes in stock. So the Chesterfield location, do not remember the people who were there but it was on 7/12/2020 at 4:30 PM CST and there was 3 people working which I worked with a female brunette and the only male there, called the Saint Charles/Peter's location to ensure they had them in stock. They did and put them on hold for me but, I wasn't able to visit the Saint Charles/Peters location on this day and had to go the following day. When I arrived I saw Barb again who was at the O'Fallon location and was again very pleasant. Barb was busy with another customer so, I think his name was Shane, but I forget but he did have a hearing device in his right ear, I was able to work with Shane. Shane now was the 3rd person that I have had the pleasure to speak with at Fleet Feet and again was amazed on how polite and knowledgeable he was with the products.
Like I said before this was the first time I visited a Fleet Feet and yes there was a little issue with inventory, but I was able to see 3 stores and in total 5 different peoples work ability. I again would also like to say that all 5 people I did see were very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Thanks, Thomas Mode
Very helpful to have a scan of my feet to help determine the best type of shoe for my feet. I took a pair of shoes home and tried them for a few weeks. I felt I needed a bigger size to be 100% comfortable, so I took the shoes back in and was able to exchange for the next size up. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Good products with great matches for both novice and seasoned runners. Maybe a little too pushy with the inserts, often before shoes are even tried on.
We were approached the minute we entered the store, which I liked. I love the 3D image that was taken of our feet to insure a proper fit. My son and I both purchased new shoes and socks. There was no pressure. He simply took the time to let us try on several pair of shoes and made sure we were completely satisfied with our decision. Fantastic service!!
Kaylen was our contact and he gave superb service. His knowledge of all products was top notch. Due to his background in sports and his current training, he was able to accurately convey the information to my 14 year old son who is a cross country runner.
Kaylen was personable, knowledgeable, and fun. He provided us a level of service we wouldn't have received elsewhere.
As for the products, they speak for themselves but because Kaylen was so knowledgable about each product, our level of confidence in the items we purchased was hugher than expected.
