My experience at Fleet Feet was exceptional! From the moment my husband and I walked in the door, we received exceptional service. The associate that helped us asked great questions to get to the heart of our visit. She explained what she was going to do and why. I completed both the standing and stride scans. It was determined that I have narrow heels and high arches. I finally understood why it always felt like my heels were coming out the back of my shoes! I also learned that I'd been wearing the wrong size shoes - which contributed to some of my current foot issues. I'd heard great things about the HOKA brand, so I inquired about them. Our associate explained that HOKAs are great shoes, but not what I needed based off my scans. I sincerely appreciated that she wanted to truly help me and not just sell me something. I ordered the Brooks Glycerin 20s and they arrived quickly. To preserve the toe portion of my shoes (which I frequently bust out), the lady who helped us when we picked up the shoes put duct tape on the inside to reinforce the toe area. Brilliant! I wish I would've known that hack sooner! She also laced my new shoes for me, showing me how to complete the heel lock lacing. What a difference that makes! One more thing I wish I would've known. I had no idea why the extra open slot for laces was there. Each associate offered truly helpful advice and great service. I will definitely be making additional purchases from the Fleet Feet store!
