Lisa did a great job fitting me. She took her time and showed me many options and had a personal opinion to share. I was a little disappointed in the selection of wide shoes availale but that is not Fleet Feets fault.

Erica at the chesterfield mo location was awesome. I had called her to check and see if her location or any local locations had a particular watch. They didn’t but Erica offered to assist me in ordering one. I drove to her location the following morning and she went over the pros and no cons to the watch I ordered. I told Erica I would be back and use my $45 bonus points from the purchase of my watch at her store..

At the store I went, Joe was very helpful and informative. He helped me pick a shoe that I didn’t know existed and I ran in it today feeling great. Joe is a military Veteran that has great customer service. Joe was able to multitask and help 3 customers at once all wanting different items within the store.

What I like about Fleet Feet are the knowledgeable and friendly people who work there. My feet are a little funky having a supination and a very high arch. They really took the time to fit my needs and find the best shoe for me. My every day shoe. The right fitted shoe has so improved my quality by greatly lessening knee/ankle pain and discomfort,
Most people look at Fleet Feet as a runners only store, they are not ! I am not. They sell quality products and employ a trained staff who care about you getting the right fit for your needs.
