My experience was fantastic! Gabby was extremely helpful. Since I wasn't sure what I was looking for she did the different scan things to check my feet and stride which helped steer me toward the right shoes. She was professional and personable. I would happily recommend anyone I know looking for shoes to go to that store and would recommend them ask for Gabby. I really appreciate the help and look forward to going back the next time I'm in the market for some shoes.

I was a bit taken aback at first at how busy the store was on Saturday and that we had to wait to talk to an associate, but once we sat down with ours (I believe his name was Brian) my mind is completely changed - it was 100% worth the wait and now I fully understand why your shop is so busy! He was so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. I came in thinking you had two brands of throwing shoes for my son to try on and that we would be in and out pretty quickly. But he helped my son understand why throwing shoes are made the way they are, the support they give when he throws, etc. He even took the time to talk to me about what kind of shoes I may need for my next Disney trip based on some of the problems I have with my feet and legs - so I will be back soon to purchase for myself as well. Thank you!

Your staff is phenomenal! You walk out with properly fitting, COMFORTABLE, shoes EVERY. time you go in! This time we went to the St. Charles store and my husband was fitted for shoes by Matt. He listened to my husband's issues, used the 3D scanner, watched him walk and came out with 2 choices of perfectly fitting shoes! Matt really took the time to listen and use his expertise to select the best shoes. My husband is still raving about him. We appreciated being greeted by store manager Nick and every associate made sure we were being helped. Fleet Feet is the only place to buy any type of athletic shoe!
Good service—listen to my running concerns, make suggestions, help me pick the best fit. I also don’t usually feel too pressured to get a certain model.
