The team member who cleaned our downstairs carpet did an excellent job and took his time to make sure the job was done correctly and with extra attention to the furniture. He put plastic squares underneath our bar stools to make sure the wet carpet did not contact the wooden furniture. He did a great job!

From the estimate to the completion of the work, everything was thorough, professional and excellent, This is our second time using Service Master and we will definitely use them again. He is on time, efficient, thorough, and makes a point of letting us know if he identifies a problem/issue, often with a suggestion as to its remediation.
