Mark was very helpful, and importantly, took time to thoroughly explain the cleaning process, go through each room, and all furniture as to what needed to be moved or not. Mark is friendly, open and went the extra mile to do a great job. He made us feel that doing a good job for us was important to him, also. The job was not rushed and was very thorough--our carpets look as good as they did when they were brand new. I would recommend Mark and his company to anyone who is looking for first-class service at an affordable price, well worth the investment.
