Nate Osheim arrived promptly, explained the carpet cleaning procedures and completed the job in a timely manner. He helped us by moving a heavy table so that the kitchen was clear of furniture. When finished, he helped my husband move item back into place with little blocks underneath the legs to prevent varnish transfer or rust spots. He was very experienced, knowledgeable and courteous. We will have our carpets steam cleaned again by ServiceMaster because Nate did such a great, thorough job! Thank you so much!😃

We have used Service Master on a couple different occasions and it’s amazing how they can get the smell out of things. They also can take a filthy fixer upper and make it so we are actually ok with using the bathroom.

The tech did an excellent job. Carpets looked great! I had serious doubts about my kids room carpet. It was really bad. But it looked amazing when he was done. Nate, Mary and Stephanie did a wonderful job. They definitely exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond what I had anticipated to see. They were very thorough and did the job in a very timely manner. I felt the price was also very reasonable compared to a very similar business. I had never hired a professional cleaning service before so I am very pleased that I chose Servicemaster to do the job and would recommend them to anyone.

The two guys that were sent to my house were wonderful. They worked hard to get out several stains that I had. Unfortunately I think the stains were from furniture that got wet, so they unable to get them out. Everything else looked great!
The team was great to work with and the chairs and chandelier that were cleaned look almost new.
