ServiceMaster was very professional and competent in a difficult undertaking. They removed 30 yards of bat stained debris, furniture and droppings from a large bank barn. Sanitized everything and cleaned windows, beams, and floors. The shop and apartment are now completely livable and I highly recommend their services.

Service Master did an incredible job doing the remediation on my residence. I was hit by lightning in April 2020. They came out the next day and took care of the water extraction, placed heaters and fans, and erected a tarp on the roof. They monitored the water in the walls for a number of works. They reported the status and provided excellent reports. My insurance company took over over 7 months to pay on the claim. My mortgage company then took over 3 months to pay out on the insurance check. (They took the check and have been paying in draws. Neither company ever directly paid for the water remediation.) I was not able to pay them for over 10 months. They were very kind and understanding about my situation. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone, for their services.
