Had a meeting with Marilyn 5/23. Gave notice of cancellation: we will re-evaluate service 7/1. Need to see a great deal of improvement.
Had the carpets cleaned today and there were all sorts of evergreen needles from the Christmas display under the display table in the upstairs foyer. As it is open on the bottom, there was no reason for the needles to still be l there. Rich was definitely not doing his job. Our bathroom fixtures now shine, thanks to Eva. I like the relationship we have with the team Cleaning Management/Technicians, Occupants and Owner. I feel janitorial is a very cyclical business. We need some things at certain times, in addition to items that can not be predicted. The open communication makes it work.

It seems lately that things are getting missed. We just recently had an experience where a "special" job we requested get done on a weekend was never completed. There seems to be a lack of communication between management and cleaning crews.
All the employees are very friendly and they are here like clock work, never misses a week, and the work is done with pride and quality.

I know it will always be done and done well. As a business owner, it's easy to say you're going to take care of the cleaning without a service, but the fact of the matter is that it will not happen at the same level of quality or frequency. With your service I never have to worry about it.

I like the consistency
The ease of working with my Service Master Manager William Burgos, issues are very easily resolved on either end. The cleaning crews are professional in many aspects, including their cleaning ability.
THE FACT THAT THEY SEND SUPERVISORS OUT AND LOOK TO SEE THAT THEIR STAFF IS DOING A GOOD JOB.
The floors are not very clean. Dusting is hardly done. I guess things look neat because the trash is taken out and picked up off the floor, but I wouldn't hire this company for my own property.

I love everything about my immediate contacts, Tiffany and Jeania. First and foremost Jeania is amazing, polite, kind, gracious and does a fantastic job! I could not ask for someone better to service our store. Secondly, Tiffany is so fantastic. She does store visits often, follows-up on us, and is always a pleasure to see. I cuold not be happier, and very pleased with the service of everyone else who services our non-daily needs like windows and brass. Nicole

I appreciate the communication I receive from the janitorial crew and their Supervisor. On rare occasion we might ask for something to be taken care of and they are immediately responsive. Having worked in this industry for more than thirty-five years, I have seen the best and the worst. This company is hand's down the best!
Air freshners for the restrooms.
I believe that "Kerry" is our regular service rep that comes out to our office and cleans. She is very professional and thorough and it is obvious that she works her butt off to get this office looking in tip top shape. We tend to take this type of service for granted, however, we really appreciate the attention to detail and could not be happier with our cleaner. I hope you folks value her as much as we do. She is very hard working and efficient.

We tend to notice cobwebs up high and down underneath the desk in the exam rooms. It sometimes seems like the cleaning people come in and do the routine cleaning but don't look in these places to see if dusting needs done there. Otherwise, I have no issues. They are very nice when I am here and ask if it's okay that they can clean while I'm here.
Continue to do a through job at cleaning all areas.
