We do not feel we are getting the quality of service that we should. Having to give reminders that should be automatic procedures. Getting complaints from office employees that some areas are not getting cleaned. Please give us a call and we can go into detail.

Had the carpets cleaned today and there were all sorts of evergreen needles from the Christmas display under the display table in the upstairs foyer. As it is open on the bottom, there was no reason for the needles to still be l there. Rich was definitely not doing his job. Our bathroom fixtures now shine, thanks to Eva. I like the relationship we have with the team Cleaning Management/Technicians, Occupants and Owner. I feel janitorial is a very cyclical business. We need some things at certain times, in addition to items that can not be predicted. The open communication makes it work.

It seems lately that things are getting missed. We just recently had an experience where a "special" job we requested get done on a weekend was never completed. There seems to be a lack of communication between management and cleaning crews.
All the employees are very friendly and they are here like clock work, never misses a week, and the work is done with pride and quality.

I know it will always be done and done well. As a business owner, it's easy to say you're going to take care of the cleaning without a service, but the fact of the matter is that it will not happen at the same level of quality or frequency. With your service I never have to worry about it.

I like the consistency
The ease of working with my Service Master Manager William Burgos, issues are very easily resolved on either end. The cleaning crews are professional in many aspects, including their cleaning ability.
THE FACT THAT THEY SEND SUPERVISORS OUT AND LOOK TO SEE THAT THEIR STAFF IS DOING A GOOD JOB.
The floors are not very clean. Dusting is hardly done. I guess things look neat because the trash is taken out and picked up off the floor, but I wouldn't hire this company for my own property.
