I like the attentive customer service and I especially like the two people I've been working with over the last year, Carlotta and Rachel. I do not like that the team that cleans our building changes often and we have to get used to a new person but I assume that is the nature of the business. Just when you have someone used to the way we do things, they leave and I get a new person. Wish that didn't happen as often as it has.
Eva is prompt and very efficient. She also very pleasant to have around.

Quick response to all inquiries. One thing for our carpet cleaning we had scheduled this for May 14th. Everyone here was set to go. On the morning of the 15th we were commenting on how the carpets looked like they hadn't even been touched and I received an email from Karen Flecknoe(she also let me know Kelly was on maternity leave) confirming the carpets were being cleaned on the 16th. I sent the following email: "There must have been some confusion. I thought you were to come last night (see attached email) and I was commenting about the floor not looking like they have even been done." I did not receive a reply. The next time I heard back from Karen was to see how the carpets looked.
This may sound petty (and probably is)but our site has been dealing with a spill on our carpet very near the front entrance which our housekeeper has worked on and improved. However, it is still fairly visable. Cindy advised it would cost us $225.00 for someone to come in and extract it. After nearly four years of service,and since this is a first time occurance for us, it just seems to me that this would be something ServiceMaster would just handle. Provided its infrequent, completing this type of task upon request and without additional charge is likely a service others my not provide, would increase the quality of your referrals, and likely well worth the few dollars lost.
Better consistant job from the daily cleaners (the ones who come every day)- Management team excellent to address any & all issues immediately.

They perform a good job on a nightly basis when cleaning up after Blazer games.

When we do have a concern your very quick to respond and correct it
Desks are not dusted. Vacuuming is done just in the pathways. Candy is taken off of desks. And this week, a plaque is missing (if it was broken, we understand, but at least acknowledge this).
Both the cleaning crew and my account rep are amazing people who are easy to work with, quick to respond to any needs, and always willing to go the extra mile and provide some small service that I had never thought of but has made a world of difference. I have had nothing but good experiences with all of the Swan Island employees!
Little more attention to the dust bunnies
Dependable and friendly.
Quality of cleaning is consistent. If there are concers, Willie addresses them with his employees immediately. Anytime we need a little something extra done, Willie addresses it promptly.
Have had to call a few times about the poor cleaning and now our stainless steel sink has been ruined by the cleaning people using something on it that they shouldnt have.
