I have been in the office when cleaning occurs, and the staff is in and out in less than an hour usually and the office never looks clean

Have to remind you of what should have been done or it not completed well the first time. Like dishes are just rinsed not washed good. Lipstick still on the cup rims
Communication is horrible. Messages do not get relayed and the call center is horrible.
Quick and clean.
The service at first was excellent. Now it seems they get in a routine and neglect some key areas. Dusting is one of them. When I was there a few weeks ago at the same time the cleaners were there I pointed out areas they were missing and they did it that week . . .but will they continue. Bookshelves in offices were never touched. I think they hit a few areas and that is it. The crews are definitely different from when we started.
