The young man was well groomed and mannered. The equipment is great for the homeowner, the operator brings his own water supply, water collection system, and power supply to create the pressures necessary to provide steam for extraction.

First name removed did an excellent job hunting down problem spots and getting them as clean as possible.
Additionally he was thorough. the carpets look new! I'd use him and Zerorez again.

Our last technician did a great job explaining the type of carpet we have and how the Zerorez system will work on it
Then he worked on a couple of areas that my wife asked fir after he had completed the three rooms we asked him to clean
All areas looked like new when he was done
