Erik was courteous and did a good job on my carpets which have quiet afew years on them. The only complaint I have is that I was sent an e- ail (instead of a phone call) on the previous day when you cancelled my vent cleaning instead of calling me. I sat here for 2 1/2 hours before I called to see if there was a problem. Not everybody checks their e-mail that often.
If I was going to cancel, I would have called and believe you should have paid me the same courtesy instead of letting me sit here that long assuming I would know to look for an e-mail.
