Your guy called 30 minutes before his on time arrival. I had the rugs laid out on the driveway, he pulled up next to them and had them cleaned in short order. Very pleased with the cleaning and mostly impressed with your young man. He was informative, efficient and personable. You are lucky to have such an employee these days.
The following day I heard an advertisement on the radio. It stated an August special for two rooms and a hallway for $129.00. I was charged $166.69 for 2) 3'x5' and 1) 8'x10'. Would like to hear back from you why I wasn't eligible for the special.
