How clean and fast the cleaner dries!

Robert did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in our home. There were many food and miscellaneous stains which he was able to get out. The protectant will help keep future stains to a minimum. We have already recommended Zerorez to friends!

Service has always been a 10..Robert was a 12. I asked him if he would help us move the loveseat & recliner around. He had it moved by himself before we could even get in to help him. I asked him questions about cleaning our vents. He is very knowledgeable. We will for sure be calling to make other appts.Thanks Robert.

Those who clean the carpets try to be careful & thorough. They are polite (calling on way to appointmstient) & explain the process & probable charge according to their personal appraisal after arrival & viewing. I had one cleaning rep who unfortunately caught the hose under my rug covering the wood floor on way to bedroom. The rug no lonber lies flat & is rippled. I did not report as rep had just returned from overseas service. My recent rep was delightful, very thoughtful & professional I still have some light spots. Unfortunatelly, in an attempt to clean & eliminate all spots (from old dog), he probably used too much liquid which did not dry for 2 1/2+ days. You are still the preferable company especiallly because your product is not dangerous to young children or animals.

Tech was very helpful and informative in all aspects of the cleaning. He went above and beyond what I expected.

Zerorez did a fantastic job on our 10 year old carpet. We had many pet stains and they were able to remove almost all of them completely. The technician was prompt, professional and explained the process and my options thoroughly. I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to family and friends.
