I liked how he explained what he could do so we could know what to expect, so we were very pleased with how it looked!!HE DID A GREAT JOB!! We did not have a hall carpet which was in the special, & he cleaned a small area rug in place of the hall. He was on time, friendly & very courteous. We have used Zerorez before & will again & will ask for this young man to do the work!! ZEROREZ DOES A GREAT JOB!!

We made our online appointment for carpet cleaning. It was fast and simple to do. And as promised Jaylan our service technician called 30 min.s before arrival, and within our 2 hour time frame. After looking over the carpet and asking a few questions on what we needed done, he got started cleaning. Jaylan was friendly and polite. He did a great job and we are happy with the cleaned carpet.
First off the job was done perfectly. I am just amazed how well my carpet was cleaned. Had another company clean my carpets about 2 years ago and they said my carpet was badly stained from age. Your tech priced that wrong !

Robert and Andrew called 30 minutes before arriving at my house. They were very professional and looked at the rooms that were being cleaned. I had already decided I would get the protectant product for the rooms and they explained how it worked and gave me information to read. I was very pleased with how my carpet turned out and will definitely use them again.

Chris is the technician who cleaned my carpet yesterday. he was professional and friendly and did an incredible job of getting out stains and dark spots. I'm going to ask for him the next time I need my carpet cleaned.
What I don't like is that the estimate was lower than what they charged me. It was $25 more than the estimate and then I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip.
