I called Zerorez because we were dealing with an elderly cat who had lost his ability to determine appropriate places to do his business. I liked the fact that they do not use a chemical process. The actual cleaning experience was very helpful; an experienced representative and a trainee came to the house, and I was able to hear the more experienced man explain all of the process to the trainee. The results were excellent. They use a black light to determine where accidents have happened and they use a process that draws the odor-causing material up and out of the pad and carpet. I was very pleased with the results. I will say that this is not an inexpensive process, but the results are well worth it.
