Cleaned better than expected, professional service
My tech Charles was friendly and personable. He did not make me feel bad that my carpet was really bad. He did not push any services on me. He mentioned them but not in an upsell kind of way. Since I had not had my carpets professionally cleaned before I was surprised how good they turned out. Dryer quickly also.

Carpet is nylon and 20 years old so wasn’t expecting them to get completely rid of all of the stains. But even tough stains are so much better. Over all feels and looks so clean!!
