The work was done as promised. The technician (Sam ) was knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside was that he said the rugs would be dry in a couple hours. One was still wet 20 hours later. They are in a garage but they were there when he cleaned them.

I’ve been using yall for several years great service and very nice technician but this last cleaning I don’t feel my carpets was cleaned as well as they have before I had to ask technician to redo a couple spots in the living room but after he left I found more spots that I got up with a little bit of woolite carpet cleaner I’ve always been very satisfied with my cleaning in the pst

We had really nasty stains from our dog that had been there for over 2 years and Zerorez got them out. We are so happy.

I think the carpets were cleaned excellently, came on time. My only concern would be that if I had known I would have been charged for the walk in closets I would have actually picked stuff up and moved it around in stead of shoving stuff in them. I was trying to make as much as free of stuff in the bedrooms so the closets I was not expecting.
