Charles called ahead to inform me of his arrival time and upon his arrival we took a quick tour of the scope of work. He was a lot of fun to talk with and didn't waste any time getting to work. I had warned him that our carpet was "dead-17 yrs old" and well past it's life expectancy. He simply stated that he would do what he could with it. I was actually very surprised how well the carpet turned out! I would not hesitate to have Charles come back the next time we have our carpets cleaned. Whatever you pay him...it is not enough, you are blessed to have such a great employee.

Great service and tech was very nice. Our only concern is that we have had Zerorez clean this couch 3 or 4 times before over the last couple of years. Never before has any of the Zerorez tech's told us that the couch had tags/marks that said you should dry clean only. Our guy this time told us that. It was a huge disappointment that this wasn't brought to our attention the first time you cleaned the couch. If you would have, we would not have let you clean it. Since you had cleaned it several times before, we allowed you to go ahead this time. It does darken the feathers and couch color. However, the damage was already done. I would have hoped we could have trusted you to do what is right and tell us this the first, second, ...time. Only your last tech was either sharp enough or honest enough to tell us. We will have to think long and hard before we schedule you back. Trust is earned over time and has been lost for now.

Friendliest staff I’ve dealt with and the natural cleaning process is the only way to go! I like the fact that no detergents are used on my carpets. They looked clean and the carpet did not feel crunchy when walked on like other times when I used different cleaning companies.

I had rugs cleaned and then carpets cleaned on 2 separate occasions. Both appointments were quick and easy to schedule. Cleaners were friendly and professional. The cleaning was very fast and they were in and out.

The carpet looks so good! It was easy to book online, Jon was punctual and did a great job. He was clear with all our options and then did a great job with what we chose. While the carpet is not new, Jon made it look clean and much better than it did before he started. We will definitely use Zerorez again.
