Our technician did a great job cleaning our pet soiled carpets. He explained the process so we would understand how it worked and what we should expect. After the first cleaning there were some lingering smells, but he came out a week later and cleaned those spots again. I would definitely use Zerorez in the future and would love to have the same tech come out again then. He also was very respectful of our home and wore shoe covers and used corner guards for both walls and furniture to avoid any damage during the cleaning. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

LOVE the cleaning concept and that there are no soapy residual cleaners used and pricing is reasonable in my opinion. However, customer service and scheduling leave a little to be desired. Attention to detail and good communication are both critical when working in a customer service business. Without customers, you have no business!

The technician was great, explained stains on my carpet & what might not come out, and was surprised at some spots that did come out. My carpets looked great afterward, and such an improvement over what they looked like prior to cleaning & my carpets are 20 years old, so I was pleased with the results.

Of the many carpet cleaning services I have used, Zerorez left my carpets the cleanest. The technician was very thorough and took his time, even our high traffic areas look much better. I would definitely use them again.

You did precisely what you advertised. My carpets came out so clean and fresh, I was amazed and very happy. Never had such a good carpet cleaning. Love that you do rugs and other surfaces too.
The employees were so nice and good at their jobs. One was clearly new and being trained. The mentor / teacher was patient and explained what he was doing and why. Ask questions of the new guy. The new guy was patient and listened and clearly was willing to learn. Answered questions and did it with a great attitude. They worked quickly and were not disruptive; we both work from home so this was important. All around an amazing experience and you have new customers for life here. Really impressed. Thanks.
