Professional friendly staff that makes sure your needs are met. They make good suggestions and answer all questions. They are detailed in their service and I do not feel as if I am being rushed in and out the door. The front desk is always friendly and efficient also. Another med spa is closer to me, but I choose here because of all of the above. I have recommended Skin Matters over the others and told them why.
