Miss Allison is one of the very best laser specialist I ever met since my treatment. Before I met Allison, I had treatments and never shed a single hair and each time I complained I am told it is normal. I was always very dissatisfied and simply waiting to complete my number of treatments. It felt like no one was listening or cared about my complaints. At one point when I complained that the hair were not removed, I was assigned to this guy who asked me to visit without shaving off hair. After observing the hair, he carried out the laser on me with no shaving and hair on my face. He burnt 40% hair off my face skin that I was smelling like a roasted hairy goat, disappointingly, the hair grew out within one week. Since then I stopped complaining just hoping that I would complete my number of treatments I paid for and leave. Luckily, one day, I was lucky to have Allison and she amazed me. She really understands what she is doing. She is consistent and highly skilled and very impressive. She really removed the hair on my face, very smooth treatment and now my hair is reducing! I would refer any one to Allison. I have referred 2 more people to skin matters and I plan to purchase another package because of Allison.
