friendly services by Vivian and a few others. But I don't like the fact that when you run 5 minutes late, they are adamant on postponing you to another day but it is ok for them to make you wait over 30+ minutes.
As a loyal customer who recommends you to others, should be given a little courtesy for 5 minutes delay.
