Chuck at this Precision Tune Auto Care center was great. I brought my car in to have a few lug nut studs replaced. During the service he called to inform me by brake pads were completely worn and if I didn't get them replaced the rotors would be damaged. The price he quoted to replace the pads was very reasonable. The work was completed an hour earlier than expected. I was very happy with their service and the effort they made to save me money in the long run.

Oh my gosh, the team on Augusta Re West Columbia SC Precision Tune was amazing. They chatted with me took care of me spoiled me; all those things that a person wants to have when they take their car in for servicing.
I appreciate how areas of concern were documented and then varied. Options were given and suggested the ones that needed to be done now. The wait was not that long. All were professional.
