Generally, Precision Tune employees tell you the reason a repair or replacement needed; they also patiently describe the effects if it is not done then and explain the cause and effect associated with it.
i have only one concern. There is one employee who is rough around the edges and does not seem to be focused on job responsibility. He is around quite some time.

Honestly it was the man working that made it worth it. He helped me understand all problems and helped to create an action plan on what should take priority. Good customer service especially when it comes to cars is a MUST.
Precision auto care is the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. The owner Juan is very helpful and great at explaining things. I had just bought a car and it broke down less than 24 hours after I bought it. Juan did everything that he could to fix it as fast as possible. I am forever grateful for the communication the effort and the services that were provided. I will be coming back highly recommended 10/10.
