I did not like waiting for the parts to arrive for over 3 and half hours. I arrived on site at 800 a.m. and didn't leave until after 1130 a.m. totally not acceptable or feasible.

Assessment of work needed was reasonable for the vehicle age and condition. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and informative. Phone calls were answered immediately. After I decided to have substantial work done, my old car was ready as promised even though many parts had to come from different places.
