I had a great experience at Precision! I was told by Advance Auto that I needed a new alternator but Precision tested my alternator and determined I only needed a battery. They squeezed me in without an appointment. Their staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about what work I needed done which I appreciated! Highly recommend!

I would not give you guys a low rating because of the great work you have done for me in the past. This visit I specifically asked if the coolant would be topped off with my servicing because my warning light had come on the day before. I was assured that it would be. The day after my warning light came on again and I had to add coolant. I havenāt had to fill since then and I havenāt seen any leaking, but Iām pretty sure that it wasnāt done at service.
